Microsoft’s 70-299 test is designed to measure your ability to implement, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot security in a Windows Server 2003 network infrastructure and to plan and configure a Windows Server 2003 PKI. Upon passing this test you will become a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Passing this test will also help you in achieving the MCSE 2003, MCSA 2003, MCSE: Security and MCSA: Security certification.
